Research Of Remote PLC Control Based On Embedded WEB Server

With the development of information networks and the innovation of technology, the remote control is based on the information network, no longer pointed to the local area network remote control. On the contrary to the control network the information network takes more advantage.Combining the two parts and taking the advantages of the information networks to develop the remote control system has already received extensive attention.The traditional remote control system has already exposed many problems, such as the server appliances are bulky, expensive and operationally difficult etc.The emergence of these defects make people eager to find a kind of server that is low costing, highly stable and easy to be operated to remote control.With the WEB technology and embedded server introduced to the internet, this seres of problems above can get resolved. PLC is the computer used for industrial control, controlling various production processes. How to apply the embedded WEB server and PLC to the control of industrial field device, implement the real-time, reliable remote control based on the information networks has become a research hotspot.This paper is based on the viewpoint of system, combining the WEB technology, on the basement of the embedded server that is choosed, doing researches on the remote PLC control system based on the embedded WEB server.This article first analyzes the choosed embedded WEB server, introducing hardware and software platform and the environment configuration.Discussing the WEB technology, in-depth analyzing the working principle of the embedded WEB server, analyzing the working principle and related technology of CGI.Then we do researches on the conditions of host computer and next crew communication, designing the communication protocol format.At last, this paper proposes the whole system structure, narrating and designing in detail about every module and the software implementation, implementing the whole system performance.We also do research on the problem of network delay in control system on the basement of the whole system,analyzing and measuring the problem of system delay.This research introduces the information network to the control network, implements the real-time remote control based on the information network and provides a new reference method to the design and implementation of the remote control system.
