Design Of Terminal Digital Media Player Based On Embedded Processor

Multimedia information distribute system has been increasingly applied in people's daily life,making the spread of information more instant,precise and efficiency. Based on the requirement of a multimedia information distribute system applied in buses,a multimedia player terminal to suit these circumstances is designed. This terminal is structured by ARM11 and FPGA. Running an embedded Windows CE6.0 system on it,the terminal integrated certain drivers,application softwares and FPGA programs. The terminal can accomplish the reception,storage,controlling,multiform-playing of data through variety of interfaces such as Ethernet,GPRS,S-Video,VGA,LCD and LED. With a compact size and stabilized performance,this terminal is suitable for the moving circumstance to fulfill the needs of TV playing,propagandizing and advertising. This system is well functioned and creatively proposed a compact and inexpensive embedded-platform architecture to support video,LED display screen and Full-color LED display screen.
