Digital receiving and data transmitting system is an important component of modern radar receiver. This paper researchs the high-speed broadband radar digital receiving and transmission system based on the software radio technology and modern fiber-optical communication technology, in order to derestrict the limits on the speed and bandwidth of radar receving system, which has an important engineering value.The paper analyzes the current development and the key factor restricting it of radar digital receiver, then proposes the proposal of high-speed broadband digital receiving and transmission based on high-performance FPGA and ADC. The system taking the large-capacity high-speed FPGA with data transceivers as the control core, fiber as the data transmitting medium, completes high-speed data acquisition, baseband processing and data transmitting. After that, the hardware design is completed, which includes signal processing circuit, clock processing circuit, the FPGA peripherals circuit and photoelectric conversion circuit, so is the PCB board design. The logic is designed, to realize the function of high-speed data acquisition, DDC, coding, framing and serialization.In the end, the functional parameter of the whole system is tested. The results show that the requirements of the system are completed, and the expected goals are achieved.
