Design Of The Baseband Signal Generating And Receiving Module Based On Digital T/R Tester

The digital T/R module is an important part of phased array radar. For the past few years, with the technology of phased array radar developing rapidly, its s performance indicators still gets a rapid increase with the development of the radar.Booming increase of the demand parameter has given rise to new digital T/R module tester which can be more accurate, more efficient and more convenient to complete automatic test for the digital T/R module.The main object of the study is the Baseband Signal Generating and Receiving Module which is used for the test of the stimulus module and the receive module in the digital T/R module. This paper has analyzed the signal characteristics of digital T/R module and puts forward the overall scheme of the module. According to the scheme, the study finishs the whole design which is high integration,feature-jammed and cxact measuring.The paper illuminates the developmentof the digital T/R module and the importance of the module for the tester. Paper analyses all kinds of signals which are used in the digital T/R module and confirms the central task of the module that is realizing two main functions which are generating baseband signal and receiving baseband signall. The main contents as follows: At first, this study set up a hardware platform which is designed with the FPGA as a core processer, high-speed DA,comparator and high-speed serial parallel converter as aids.After that, according to requirement,complete the selection of device for the design and realise the whole circuit. Secendly, complete the logic design of baseband singal geaerating module,baseband signal receiving module,parallel data sending and receiving module and USB interface module which are all based on the digital modulation theory and the digital demodulation theory.At last, papergive out the test report for logic module and the corresponding function of external circuit.Finally,paperverifies the feasibility of project design through the module test results. It summarizes and lists the innovation and the insufficiency, also prospects for the digital T/R module test in the future.
