With the continuous development of mobile Internet implement, users demands higher transmission rate. To meet this trend our TD-SCDMA standard has introduced the latest evolution– TD-HSPA. As the most popular application of 3G mobile terminals, the data card in the market occupies a very large share. It has become a major product to expand the market of many manufactures. However, there's no data card can support latest TD-HSPA standard available in current, based on TD-HSPA data card standard R & D has been imperative.This paper is out of this situation, based on TD-HSPA development projects, introduced TD-HSPA protocol stack platform application system design and implementation systematically. Described Datang LARENA platform cutting methods; show the details of the data card side of the software design, and designed a modular application system frame structure of data card side, Within the framework of modules and the detailed design processes, flow charts are given to complete the entire module. Involved in the system data structures were designed and completed implementation.
