| With the rapid development of telecommunication, a mass of data was stored in the relational database management System. The traditional rational database cannot be used to find hidden information from the raw data. How to analyze historical data and get knowledge has become a factor for telecommunication operators to win the in the competition, Data warehouse and OLAP technologies provide an effective way to solve this problem.This paper studies the theories of data warehouse technique, analyzes the requirements of the system, and achieves the design and the realization of the critical parts, and the tests of the main system functions. In order to solve the problem of the Telecommunication Integrative Support System, several key techniques have been studied. The major tasks complicated are following:(1) The design of the Data Warehouse Model. The methods of "top-down and stepwise refinement" have been adopted to finish designing Data Warehouse Model through the design of three stages of conceptual model, logical model and physical model. (2) The design of data transporting interface. Through analyzing the original Data, This paper have finished extraction, transformation and loading. (3) The analysis of the requirements of business subject. The nine subjects of Operation Support System have been confirmed by detailedly surveying of enterprises of Telecom, The technology of OLAP can be used to make analysis of the nine subjects on the detailed business data.Mass complicated data obtained from the practice have been studied by extracting and analyzing, which turns out that Data Warehouse Technique System has strong expansibilities. Employing the technique improves not only the utilization rate and operating efficiency of the data in this system, but also competitiveness and reliability of the management of the enterprises. |
