Research On Plasma Arc Spraying Expert System Based On B/S

With the development of science and technology, coating technology in China's industrial production has played a vital role, and plasma spray thermal spray technology is the most important one. The expert system applied to the spraying area, spray can improve the process efficiency, reduce production costs and provide technical support for the spraying workers. And with the rapid development of computer network technology, as the same time , expert system for further studies, these favorable conditions for the establishment of an expert system to provide technical and theoretical support.Expert system include of six parts: knowledge base, dynamic database, inference engine, explanation module, knowledge acquisition module and the man-machine interface. The topics based on the core theory of expert system knowledge, plasma spraying Expert System Design and Implementation and the inference engine as the research object,focus on the plasma spray application of expert system, using the mainstream asp.net development of language, man-machine interface using DIV + CSS layout model, the SQL Server 2005 as a database, a set of suitable solutions are proposed ,and offers a specific part of the flowchart and software functional design shots, modular processing systems, and eventually completed the basic design of the system.System uses the B / S (Browser / Server) architecture model, deploy the program on the server side, use the browser as a client, as long as the stable operation of the server side, spraying workers can use any computer at any time query learn how to operate, while knowledge can save operation. Without installing any software, system maintenance and upgrades easily for clients .By plasma spraying the material parameters of the characteristics and knowledge acquisition methods of research and application of rational knowledge representation, in order to build a plasma spraying material parameter database; system and by plasma spraying materials and techniques of research, development of a reasonable inference model .System consists of online diagnosis ,knowledge corner, spray the knowledge, expert groups, exchange forum for the five modules. Online diagnosis of inquiry and learning of knowledge, users could ask questions to experts in knowledge corner, experts online to answer, spraying the field of knowledge is introduced the latest technology and development, various expert members of the display module in the expert group, the Forum provides the same industry communication between platforms. Expert add knowledge of the spraying, the administrator can manage the entire system, independent management and maintenance will be more convenient,and structured query system easier to extend system functionality.Online Diagnosis of this system as the most important part of it, wherever the worker is ,he can make the query more quickly to the desired spray coating parameters of plasma spraying .
