Mechanical oil pumping is the main method of crude oil production in the world, and sucker rod oil pumping system is the most popular method of mechanical oil pumping. The equipments of sucker rod oil pumping system are vital important in the whole production of crude oil. And the loss, which is caused by the fault of sucker rod oil pumping equipment, especially those equipments which are in the deep well, is extremely huge. Therefore, this paper researches on the remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system of sucker rod oil well, and researches on the key techniques of the system, including the analysis of the oil well's working parameters,and the fault diagnosis of sucker rod. Main achievements of this paper can be shown as follows:1. Firstly, from the perspective of demand analysis, this paper analyses the fault of current expert systems and improves the corresponding fault. Based on the improved contents, we put forth the function demand and non-function demand required by this system.2. At present, a great deal of data information deriving from equipments is not fully applied to fault diagnosis. In view of this situation, this study improves the subjection function in order to carry out the fault diagnosis by parameters.3. Based on the characteristic of equipments of Sucker rod oil well, the research of this paper is mainly to find defects of the expert system as well as the way of improving equipments of sucker rod oil well, and to construct relevant knowledge base, inference engine and interpreter using the theory of expert system.
