Research And Implementation Of The Standardization Management System Based On E-Goverment Extranet

With the growth of our province's economic, standardization-related business volume grows. It puts forward higher requirements to standardization administration and public services. Use of information technology to build "platform of standardization management and information service" become a top priority.This article first explains the connotation of e-Government, then analyses its characteristics and development trends, and those published policy and standards. Next, it deeply analyses all business of current management and services. After all those research, it gives a technical solution on Shandong standardization management system, and the process and implementation.Through needs analysis, we bring forward the existing problems and information demand. The platform can be divided into an extranet based distribution system and an intranet based management system.Through Business Modeling, we bring forward the process charts, terms and canonical diagrams.In the system design phase, we adopted the object-oriented design methods. We use web service of three-tier architecture to achieve cross-platform communications, and loose coupling between layers.In the detailed design and implementation stages, the paper described the functions and processes of platform of external network service and platform of internal network managements. In the realization of the project, we adopted the advanced architecture based on J2EE and MVC design patterns, to build the GWPWEB application architecture.This platform needs to connect to not noly Internet, but also business network of government departments. So, it's clear that we should deploy the system according to "e-Gov extranet" pattern.In the end, this paper gives a security suggestion covering the physical security, network security, data security, application security, etc.
