Multiple communications among various disciplines are happened with the extended scales of high school. Facing with new environment and new major, the co-management laboratories of college and institute exposes many problems, such as laboratory space, equipments and human resource allocation. The traditional laboratory management of manual method is hard to manage laboratory information, and it impacts the teaching and research levels directly. To establish the timed experimental teaching information service platform is an issue which needs to be explored and settled urgently. It should base on the characteristics of discipline development and using science technology to promote the management.For the current situation and existing problems in experimental teaching center of high school, this dissertation uses requirement analysis and develops a Networked Experimental Teaching Information Service Platform which is based on Struts,Spring and Hibernate. The platform integrates the existing resources and assists administrators' daily job with some functions, such as experimental precontract, arranging schedule. It is used as a service for experimental teaching and laboratory management, will improve the current situation of laboratory management and helps to slove the existing problems. It has a great practicability and the generalizing value.The dissertation is organized as follows: SectionⅠdescribes the research background firstly, and then it analyses the current research situation of the related subjects in domestic and abroad, gives the main content of research and development. SectionⅡanalyses the current popular frameworks, and then gives the integrated framework for platform architecture which is based on Struts, Spring and Hibernate. SectionⅢprovides an overview of current experimental teaching center status and analyses the major problems, and then gives the feasibility analysis and presents the requirement analysis of platform for the development. SectionⅣgives the function modules, business processes, mathematical models and the database design. SectionⅤshows some key technologies to achieve the platform. The final section presents the conclusions and remarks the work which needs to be further investigated.
