Ambulatory Remote Monitoring Medical (ARMM) technology is the remote medical technology used on the mobile network and embedded technology. Its purpose is to provide real-time remote monitoring medical services for patients. It is the combination of the wireless network technology, embedded technology and modern medical. As remote monitoring is not restricted by space and time, ARMM technology has become the burning issue of the remote medical field.Compared with traditional medical technology, the ARMM technology faces many challenges.These challenges significantly improve the difficulty of the design and implementation of the ARMM system. According to the practical requirements of ARMM,the research of this paper focuses on the technical difficulties of the ARMM technology.The contributions are listed as following:First, this paper designs an overall structure of the ARMM system based on the theory of Computer-Supported Cooperative Work. Second, this paper proposed a scheme based on using SCM as control module for the hardware design,in order to solve the portable problem in ARMM system.Third to improved stability and reliability of data transmission, this paper designs data transmission reliability program,with data compression,data encryption and other methods in data collection terminal.Forth, to solve the large-scale concurrent accesses and the limitation of the server's network bandwidth, this paper designs a distributed data-streaming delivery architecture for server. It makes data collection, data transmission and user session control function separated on server, which effectively improves the overall performance of the server.Ambulatory Heart Monitoring System is discussed and designed. We build a system framework, the planning process of service delivery, analysis of system function module. The whole system is tested. Experimental results show that the system can correctly measure, analyze human blood pressure and heart rate values and provide timely monitoring services.
