Research On The Early-warning Mechanism Of Intellectual Property And Its Application In The Service Outsourcing Platform

This subject studied patent early-warning mechanism in depth for the collection of the patent information, the analysis of the patent information and the patent early-warning, the author achieved the Patent data collection system with full use of the Web crawler technology, HTTP protocol applications and DOM element analysis. With Lucene thinking, the author analysis the IPC classification, Through the JSON data format conversion in order to achieve HighCharts graphical report shows patent information and ultimately achieve the establishment of intellectual property early-warning mechanism.The main results include the following three aspects:(1)Design and implement the intellectual property rights of patent information collection system.This paper used the extraction technology of the HTTP-based information; through the Get and Post method interact to achieve the HTML source code directly from the patent data to extract useful information. In addition, Get and Post request to the server during the page to be people using technology, the law of simulated people who visit the page for the page requests, thus avoiding the server receives the request due to too many times to refuse access problems.The system can quickly achieve the national patent office Web site to retrieve the patent information based on keywords, Then crawl the context to our local database, the database structure and data format conversion re-adjustment of the conversion-based system for the patent database.(2) Provides a rich graphical display in the form of patent information. Based on the user experience point of view, study and implement the report in the form of three intuitive graphical display patent information, patent applications for the users to analyze trends to provide better decision support. This paper package the patent data in JSON object, the patent data in a unified format, and JSON format of patent data to HighCharts source, HighCharts show the corresponding report on the plot map in JSON data be available to the user-specified reports in accordance with the form of Web pages. (3)Designed and implemented a patent early warning function, and applied to service outsourcing platform. This paper designed and implemented four patent early-warning methods contain the early-warning of the patent Keywords, the companies, the regions and the sectors.Different user groups and objectives can select different combinations of early-warning strategy. At the same time, we designed and implemented the patent early-warning function as a value-added service,which applied to the participation in the "Service outsourcing base cities of service outsourcing of software and information platform for building public support" project which has achieved good results.
