At present, chinese medicine extracts the purification procedure of the industrial technology are low and the withdrawal of technology are certain differences. Most of the manufacturer's manufacturing is a hand at present. Equipment and technology is not high. Output and quality are not stable. Use computers to control chinese medicine technology systems,and it will help to accelerate the chinese medicine extracts from the process of modernization. This subject comes from a coating production line project of some company――Automatic Control System of Double-effect Concentrator Equipment.Chinese medicine manufacturing process of the automatic control system include:water or alcohol concentration, concentrator, dry and so on. The key control point is concentration.The control loop of this system applied the Distributed Controlled System(DCS) for Double-effect Concentrator Equipment. Lower machine realizes the collection, control output of process parameters. Upper machine realizes the communication with lower machine and storage of various operation parameters by using Access database. It includes field I/O control station (field I/O control master station, field I/O control substation), engineer station, operator station.The control Station Modicon Quantum Programmable Controller(PLC).The engineer station uses InTouch 8.0 which is a embedded configuration system and runs on the WIN2000.Paper analyses its production process, and according to the claim of the the control process to monitor system, the computer control system is designed. With the development software, configure monitor and control menu is designed, corresponding monitor program is worked out. The application programmable controller in the reformation of the automatic control system of assel mill.
