Research And Design On High Accuracy Locatization Concentrator

Networked control system is an important research problem in current industrial control field , it has been widely used in industry such as machinery , metallurgy , electric power. High accuracy locatization concentrator discussed by the main body of this article is the core equipment of the three layers networked control system ,which controls several displacement measurement equipment.High accuracy locatization concentrator takes S3C44B0X microprocessor as the core, transplanted the real time operating system---μC/OS–II . Through the oversized liquid-crystal screen and touching screen, it provides convenient man-machine connection; and through the graphics user interface on the liquid crystal , it has realized the friendly man-machine contact surface. Through the Ethernet port and based on TCP/IP protocol and PC communication, this concentrator can also facilitate inserting the existing local area network. It can also manage many far-end displacement transducers. The entire monitor system moves by the way of two levels network management : take PC as the core as the first network management to manage many concentrators, they are based on the Ethernet; and take concentrator as the second network management to communicate with several far-end displacement transducers, they are based on RS-485 port .Mostly, one concentrator can manage 64 displacement transducers.The article elaborates deeply how to realize the hardware and the software design of the high accuracy locatization concentrator, and studies how to apply some related technology such as ARM,μC/OS–II,TCP/IP,GUI and so on into the products. These products may used not only in the networking of displacement transducers but also in the centralized management of industry–control products. And I believe the application of this technology is rather broad.
