Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Unified Voice Communication System Based On SIP

With the development of the network technology, the IM (instant communication) has become an indispensable network activity on businesses, the main direction of evolution of the field of IM is transforming from personal IM to enterprise IM. Under the promotion of the technology, China is also launching the tri-networks integration rapidly, the telecommunication networks, computer networks and cable television networks will be integrated to be an entirety on physical dimensions eventually, the mission of tri-networks integration will be fully realized within a few years, and it's application integration services will be used generally.Currently, many companies have released real-time communication softwares, and most of them have achieved a real-time communication capabilities with text, voice and video combined, but these software's compatibility are commonly bad, and also they are difficult to communicate with each other in the IP networks, not to speak of communicating with traditional telephone terminals in telephone networks.Firstly, this paper has studied the implementation mechanisms and principles of the SIP protocol and the business model of tri-networks integration, and then analyzed the key technologies required by realization of the model, ultimately, developed a new business system with terminal-compatible and business integration which based on this basis. This system supports almost all of the terminal equipments, including the ordinary telephones, mobile phones, IP phones, PC softphones, cell phone softphones etc. The terminal equipments can get services provided by the system as long as they can get the authorization from the servers. They can communicate with other terminal equipments which in the same system domain. The system can guarantee the terminals'compatibility and the integration of unified communication, It will facilitate the business users greatly.
