As the information is transient in the mordern business society, the internet, IT and communications facilities have became a strategic business asset. Because of the different commnication's protoclos, the enterprises can not but faces the multi-communication, for instance, the voice, the instant message, the email, the CRM and the other application platforms. It affects more and more badly about the efficiency of communication and decision. It is the exigent requirement that how to integrate the IT applications, voice communications and internet makes the best of information technology, accordingly create a unified voice, data communication platform. It will give a unified and rapid communication platform and promote the decision rapidly by building a new office intelligent communication system, accodingly grasp business opportunities in the drastic competiive market. And then, promote the integration of industry and the development of national economy.According to research and analysis the applied object, applied mode and router & control mode for voice communication system(for example PBX) and IT application system(for example CRM, OA etc.) in enterprises, it summarized the difference and certain relations between both, and architechted the enterprises intelligent office communication systems based on desig and development. The main tasks include:First, based on the enterprise voice communication systems (PBX telephone exchange Group) in the user's status, control theory, such as program-controlled switching technology interface (API) of the analytical and technical interface package, it combined with IP communications technology research and development, design and development of a unified IT-oriented applications for the middleware platform for the IT software applications to provide standard interfaces.Next, on the basis of unified the applied object, status and routing control, the middleware platform provides Application interfaces of business process editorial control services (IVR) and database processing (DBagent), news and conversations state control (softphone), routing control services (ACDsvr) etc.Finally, with this interfaces, it designed and developed the basic enterprise office applications, such as contact management, IM instant messaging, standard compact version of CRM applications, searching for comprehensive recordings, in order to achieve synergy in different areas of technology applications in the enterprises, accordingly architecht the integrated and unified applied model on the voice communication and data communication.Intelligent Enterprise System office communications systems at the same time, but also the realization of open intelligence middleware platform integration in other areas such as CRM, OA, ERP applications such as manufacturers of products for the enterprise to build a complete intelligent communications system, which is to enhance the management of enterprise communication Efficiency, the core competitiveness of great significance.
