Motion control is an integrated technology consisting of automatic control technology and servo driving technology.As the main device to determine the performance of automatic control system,motion controller in CNC system will become the development trend of new generation CNC technology,and motion controller will also become the kernel of CNC system.With the development of information technology,the requirement of equipment accuracy is higher and higher.The research and development of high-end CNC technology is essential.The control and optimization of the writing robot studied in this paper is based on the TRIO controller,which adopts the closed-loop NC embedded in the PC structure control system,and combines the Trio MC405 motion controller to form an automatic control system with convenient operation?flexibility and higher control accuracy,so that the writing function of the robot can be realized.The research on the control and optimization of writing robot based on Trio controller is mainly completed in two aspects: The first is the design of hardware,which is mainly to select the model of motion controller ? servo motor ? servo driver ? mechanical operation platform and other hardware,and correctly use the hardware and deploy the circuit connection between the hardware.The second is the design of software,which is mainly to design and program the control interface of the control system through the Visual Studio programming software and use the Trio BASIC language to complete the design of the software part of the control system.By combining the design of hardware and the programming of PC software,the whole control system is controlled to realize the control and optimization of automatic writing robot mechanism based on Trio controller.In the whole research process,master the whole process of control system and operation system,and deepen the research of CNC system and Trio MC405 controller.In this paper,several simple characters such as “?”? “?”? “?”? “?”are programmed,and their writing trajectory is simulated and debugged first of all,it is verified that the control and optimization of the robot based on Trio controller can achieve and meet the expected effect.Then it can be optimized so that the writing robot can complete the writing of complex Chinese characters such as“?” and “?”,and can combine with practice to realize more complex writing functions.Ultimately achieve a more effective research finding.
