The Design And Implementation Of Boundary Scan On Line Test Based On Spectrum System

With the extensive application of large scale intergarted circuits, integration of components and complexity of circuit is increasing on Printed Circuit Board(PCB:Printed Circuit Board) ,the corresponding test requirements also is improving .as an on line Boundary scan test method ,Boundary-Scan circuit board component testing is an effective moethod for testing, because it has very high coverage on testing device and which can improve test efficiency, reduce productioncosts.In this paper ,with the Spectrum test platform ,based on the principle of boundary-scan device testing and characterization, we design and implement test program of on line test on EMU attenuator signal acquisition board . First, I analyze topology of the boundary scan device on the PCB.the second ,I will generate test progam using the Victory software of spectrum test platform.Ultimately I test the valdity of the authentication method by right or wrong and bad IC .Experimental Results show that the proposed method is not only effective on online test domain,but also reliable and it is significant that the method reduct the cost of product to achieve the desired effect of design.
