Design And Implementation Of P2P-based Cooperative Office System In Wujiang No.2 Vocational School

With the improvement of office of coordination, collaborative work expands definition of its ascension to intelligent office category. Most enterprises not only needs to solve the daily office, asset management, business management, information and communication, coordination, and the function in real-time communication, data sharing and mobile office etc. To put forward further demand, not only such, many enterprises in search of low cost, high integration, intelligent management enterprise integrated management platform.P2P is a new model of Internet application. JXTA is put forward as a P2P network bottom supporting platform. This project uses JXTA platform to develop the P2P application in Wujiang No.2 Vocational School collaborative work system. The P2P technique is introduced to enhance the flexibility of cooperation work and to reduce the cost of system installation. Combined with the workflow technique, the routine work of fixed operation can be decomposed into the well-defined assignments that are to be accomplished and the roles that are to be monitored according to the set of formula so to raise the efficiency and reduce the cost.The specific studies in this paper are conducted on the following aspects:(?)Has analyzed P2P, CSCW, workflow related knowledge, techniques and comparison of the platform and CSCW their respective characteristics. Proposed the technical design mentality based on P2P. The CSCW based on P2P (P2PCW) is illustrated with the analysis elaborated on its advantages and existing problems.(?)The key technique in P2PCW is discussed on the perspective of systematic structure and functional implementation.(?) P2PCW on the instant information system, file sharing, daily office and coordinated management and public announcement on module design and implementation, focusing on the continuity and consistency of sharing data control, the coordinated control document circulation, instant communication module is studied and the realization..(?)The P2PCW has been tested on its feasibility and validity. The future research is suggested on the basis of conclusive summary.The author hopes that through the exploration and experimentation and realization of software functions for the effective cooperative office work this issue could open up new ideas and a reference.
