Peer-to-peer networks can be simply divided into unstructured peer-to-peer networks and structured peer-to-peer networks in accordance with organizations and the methods for locating resources. In the unstructured peer-to-peer system, resources locating uses broadcasting method. In order to satisfy the request of inquiries this method will broadcast request to a certain number of nodes. Because reality situation can not always satisfy the inquiries, so this method is no guarantee for success and only trying to achieve the most extensive inquiries. The Structured Query is a guaranteed method for the overall situation. In the area of file sharing these two inquiries algorithm have their own advantages, but in computer supported collaborative work area efficiency and the overall query performance of structure algorithm can better meet the needs in CSCW.JXTA is a two-dimensional network. The upper layer assembly peers uses loosely consistent DHT algorithm, within a limited set point walking View. The lower nodes use Broadcasting means. Compared with Gnutella which is an unstructured one-dimensional planar network, one important improvement is an advertisement inquiry no longer spreading to the edge node. Only assembly points in advertising inquiries are involved in the transmission. However, the agreement is still a partial view of the overall lack of effective search algorithm.Compared to file-sharing field, computer support collaborative work (CSCW) network topology is relatively stable. According to this characteristic presents a modified JXTA model based on the chord algorithm. Improved network model reconstructs the upper layer into structure network, leaving lower routing mechanism unchanged. Thus improved JXTA agreement becomes an efficient and of a great overall concept of routing network. Analyses the advantages and disadvantages of chord algorithm and the features of JXTA assembly point Manager (RPV), uses the Rendezvous peer view (RPV) to optimize the routing of the chord routing table, to some extent, improved chord algorithm circle loop issues. Finally, the article implemented the improve JXTA network model using program. And then the model was applied to a simple CSCW system. This system is mainly achieved instant message file sharing and whiteboard three functions.
