With the quickening of the globalization process,the enterprise faces a lot of challenges and the managers have to consider about their developmental environment in more depth. To a mature enterprise, the outer environment may influence its healthy development, however, the internal key factor of success or failure is enterprise culture. To a large extent, the competition between companies depends on enterprise culture. Outstanding models are important impetus to the excellent enterprise culture. Hi-tech companies have been becoming the engine of our country's economic development, whose models have great values and significance to the enterprises in the process of the globalization.This article bases on the specific forms of enterprise culture—the carrier, communication path and the process, embarks from the relationship of enterprise culture, with the methods of documentary analysis, case analysis, content study, etc, focuses on the functions of enterprise culture communication and its characteristics in the process, and takes Lenovo for an example to analyze the corporate culture elements and their relationships, discusses the within and outside channel of the high-tech technical corporate culture communication and establishes a model of high-tech company's cultural communication, tries to check the practicality of this model, and summarizes the enlightenment of this model can bring to our high-tech companies in China.This article examines the matter from Communication angle, explains the models and paths of hi-tech enterprises in details and summarizes an effective model which may helpful to the situation--the development of corporate culture lags behind the enterprise itself. However, omissions are impossible to be avoided due to my individual level, limited time and related materials. Welcome criticism on my article.
