Due to the appearance of virtual enterprise and the development of network technology at present, new revolutions and important influences are being brought in high-tech enterprises which represent the development direction of industry in future knowloge econmy era. Moreover, development of high-tech enterprises has high uncertainty. As a result, to establish a high-tech virtual enterprise will become one of the efficient approachs to cultivate core competitiveness and implement sustainable development for chinese high-tech enterprises.In order to complete the desired aim successfully, information flow, logistics, capital flow, knowledge flow and control flow should be involved in the running process of high-tech virtual enterprise (HTVE). So the information system platform for HTVE, which can integrate various resources and have various functions, will be the realization key to HTVE.The research on the information system platform for HTVE will help not only improve competitiveness of HTVE, accelerate information construction of high-tech enterprises, but also promote the harmony development of correlative industries. Besides, the research will make sense to perfect the theory and practice of HTVE.After analyzing international and domestic literatures, from the viewpoint of business, this dissertation, firstly, studies the flow of information system platform for HTVE as well as the differences of diverse application systems of alliance enterprises under heterogeneous environment. Then the whole structure, composition and function of every part of information system platform for HTVE are designed. At the same time, in order to improve integration ability of cross- platform, the information integration model and network architecture of HTVE are constructed with the technology of Web Services, which lays a foundation for the successful establishment of HTVE information system platform.According to analysis of transaction flow of HTVE, Chapter 4 discusses in detail how to construct the Object-oriented Timed Petri net model of information system platform for HTVE. The call relation among modules of platform, formalized description of different function modules, state-space reachability and time property of model are included.In order to improve reusability and flexibility of the platform, Chapter 5 constructs a three-dimensional running model architecture of information system platform for HTVE, puts forward a running meta-model. The ECA-rule is incorporated into the design of running process models. Formalized description and mapping methods are introduced. These methods solve the problem of flexible modeling of process to a certain extent.Aiming at the situation of resources shortage among alliance enterprises in the running process, a resource scheduling pattern of HTVE based on Timed Petri net is proposed in Chapter 6. The establishment of scheduling aim and the construction of dynamic resource scheduling models are involved. Corresponding schedule tactics and natural heuristic algorithms are subsequently provided. This pattern can effectively solve the problem of resource scheduling of HTVE.Finally, the empirical research has been done on the production process of the high-tech green QD10B-2 trunk-mounted mobile gas turbine generator set (Mobile power station) in a project initiated by Harbin Dongan Engine (Group) Co., Ltd. The result verifies the validity and feasibility of the theories and models of information system platform.
