At the present time, workover treatment still uses traditional well workover technics. Long construction period of the workover treatment, high working intensity, lagging equipment auto-transfer control technic have a strong impact on the develop of oil well repair technic. In order to improve the time, the efficiency and the quality of the oil well repair, a vehicle-capable under pressure machine automation control system has been proposed base on not to abandon all equipment we have and combined mechanize with automation in workover treatment machine.Aiming at the complex structure, nonlinearity of the control system and the low precision of collecting hydraulic cylinder displacement using sensor, a method of combining Natural Network (NN) and Predictive Control has been taken out to predict and control the varition of the hydraulic cylinder displacement and the pressure in this paper. Use matlab to simulate the control system. The result shows that using Natural Network Predictive Control, the nonlinearity of the system has been improved and the accuracy of measurement of the whole system has been raised.Base on the theoretical research, this paper has puts forward the design ideas and implementation schemes based on KingView configuration software and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) for the control system. The system combines with technology of PLC and configuration. Using PC-PLC control mode, the PC uses industrial personal computer and configuration software and the PLC uses Simens S7-300PLC. Use theirself advantages thoroughly to achieve the automation of the operation vehicle-capable under pressure.Vehicle-capable under pressure machine automation control system provides a humanizing supervisory system which is easy for user to operate, raises the safety factor and work efficiency of well repair operation, takes effect in environmental protection and creates great economic benefit for oil field well repair work in the future. The achieve of well repair machine automation can fill in the blank of wildcat well repair equipment automation technical territory, and it has a good market prospect and popularize value.
