with the growing aging of the population in China,the medical resources can not be allocated reasonably,and the existing medical system structure burden is increasing.In this trend,remote health care technology for the elderly arises at the historic moment.Since twenty-first Century,with the development of wearable device technology,the development of wireless communication technology and new sensor technology,the Wearable Healthcare Systems based on wearable devices has become the focus of researchers.The system can not only be limited by time and space,but also provide long term dynamic sign parameter monitoring and fall detection and early warning for the elderly group,which is of great significance for improving the life and health of the elderly.Therefore,a new remote health monitoring system based on wearable devices is designed,which integrates sign parameter monitoring and elderly fall alarm mechanism.The system uses the terminal equipment,the terminal belt strap as shown from the form of equipment,system main equipment includes signs acquisition parameters,locate the current position and send alarm SMS,from equipment mainly for human fall detection,between the master and slave device using low power Bluetooth4.0 to communicate.In the part of hardware design,this paper completed the main equipment based on MSP432 and MSP430 based on the circuit design of equipment,the main equipment includes signs information acquisition module circuit,Bluetooth4.0 communication circuit,GSM communication circuit,the Beidou satellite positioning module circuit and OLED interface circuit screen peripheral module circuit design.From the equipment part,it includes the circuit of the fall detection module and the design of the Bluetooth4.0 communication circuit.Both main and subordinate equipment are powered by lithium battery,and all have perfect protection and management unit for lithium batteries.In the part of software design,we completed the design of master slave device's main program and function module subroutine.The main device part includes MSP432 initialization configuration program,IIC communication program,Bluetooth4.0 communication program,GSM communication program and other related program design.The equipment part includes the MSP430 initialization configuration program,the Bluetooth4.0 communication program and the falldetection algorithm program design.Part of the fall detection algorithm,through the analysis and comparison of the current mature fall detection technology and fall recognition and judgement method,the system finally uses the wearable sensor fall detection technology,and uses the threshold discriminant method to detect fall.In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of fall detection algorithm,the system collects data of human acceleration and human tilt angle,sets reasonable thresholds,and collects whether it is dangerous to fall.The accuracy of the algorithm is high and the large amount of data is avoided.The functional model of the system test and fall simulation experiment results show that the system can carry out continuous real-time monitoring of human body sign parameters,and in the human body parameter is abnormal or the user falls danger,system can send out alarm information and provide the corresponding location information.The system conforms to the expected design goals,and has the characteristics of wearability,real-time,accuracy and intelligence.It has high theoretical research value and broad application prospects.
