As a new area of distributed computing, Grid computing can provide users with readily available, flexible and reliable, standard and low-cost computing power through integrate a variety of computer resources which are distribute,heterogeneous and dynamic.But in Grid,resource is large and variety,dynamic change and geographic distribution.and user required a single displayed to them.allow them to achieve efficient,rapid and transparent access to widely distributed resources.To achieve this goal,Directory management of resource is the key.Directory is a special hierarchical database.It used tree structure to centralized storage and manage the resource information in the form of an object.Those resource are dispeised in the network. Finally,An unified list of resources are provided for users.Directory service can support distributed storage structure,easy to realize data expansion and meet the large capacity storage requirements.X.500 protocol is information describe and management standard in Internet.However,The complexity of the OSI protocol stack limit its application and development. LDAP (Light Weight Directory Access Protocol) is an TCP / IP implementation in DAP protocol of X.500. Currently, LDAP version is LDAP V3, LDAP V3 is more perfect in international, nomination, security, scalability and identity.In the first, This article describes the theory of the Grid, Directory services and LDAP protocols. To solve the decision-making model-base information under grid is heterogeneous and distribute, a plan to manage the heterogeneous model–base information resource in grid is proposed. The LDAP decision-making algorithm data model is designed store model-base information. Two-tier is adopted to organize directory servers, And Taking into account LDAP directory services and relational databases have their own advantages in the distribution, the query efficiency, transaction processing and data changes, etc.A data integrate model of hierarchical mapping with LDAP directory services and RDB was constructed. This model was applied to the program of distributed comprehensive evaluation Model-base Directory management,integrated the existing relational database of model, Finally, comprehensive evaluation model-base directory management system is constructed. In this system, integrate the relational database that store resource of algothrim can make up the deficiencies in data transaction processing of Directory,then make the distribution data to be effective uniform. The result is users can transparently use Web interface to inquiry and manage the model-base information, to achieve the underlying resource shared.
