Security Design About The Secret System Of Information Management

With the development of computer technology, in particular the use and development of network, more and more enterprises and institutions start office automation, thus forming a smaller staff to do more work content characteristics. In this context, the exploitation of network technology in the office and information management aspects of the advantages of raising the level of secret office automation, information management standards and efficiency, to achieve information sharing,meet the secret to China's information construction,meet needs long-term development of the institutions, we combine the characteristics of a Military Room of the work and the research unit of work practice and the need to develop a suitable secret work of the special characteristics of systems of information management, especially for high-security system of information management, provide to the relevant units, which can reduce the classified staff units to improve the efficiency of secrecy makes more automation of office management, efficient and standardized.The innovation of this paper is to successfully put latest achievements to the secret of the management of enterprises and institutions, and successfully develop a secret unit of the secret can be applied to military room systems of information management.Based on the normative processes of work design,it is already established offices in the local area network hardware, implementation of the standard management, ease of system of information management software applications; on security to fully demonstrate and test the formation of an independent, closed system of management information software, to achieve the design requirements of the security requirements. Among them, the security design is the type of systems of management information used in classified units or departments of an innovative design. This design concept can be related to secret information system to provide a solution to the problem. I had the honor to become the project team members, focused on solving the security design of the many technical difficulties, the system laid the foundation for successful application.System had successfully put into operation, achieving good results, there are two secret units executing the system safe configuration, both of them were successful and made a further expansion of the system functional requirements. On this basis, we will futher elevate the system,and expect the perfect performance.
