As China's comprehensive power is augmenting daily, each of the manufacturing industry to the standards set higher demands, the test machine's performance depends largely on the control unit and materials and workmanship, processing, etc, by comparison, the controllers are particularly important, the performance of digital, to higher and higher. in such a situation, the CPLD,DSP, and digital processor applications will be introduced.This article introduced based on the latest electronic technology and software design approach to design and implementation of the controller to take control of the computerized digital.The framework of the test instrument under control by the STC controller,The advantages of our electronics are:1. A/D-Conversion with high resolution (Standard:±240.000 steps)2. Data collection of all passages:it must be at the same time points for the measurement of data.3.
