Polarization Generator Research Based On PZT Squeezed Fiber Polarization Controller

With the high-speed development of informatization in today's society, the requests for information transmission is also increased day by day, at the same time, the defects of traditional means of communication revealed, which brings the high-speed developing opportunities for fiber-optic communications. It also become the most mature and most influential communication technology, constantly meet people's communication requirements.But gradually, polarization problems appear, and have also become the important bottleneck restricted system upgrades at high speed field, need to be resolved urgently.Polarization generator is a laser source which can produce the needed polarization, which has some influences on the solution for the problem of polarization, under the circumstances of the market demanding widely, much attention payed in domestic but not greatly developed.We have built and tested the polarization generator system, which based on the analysis of the basic theories. The main work includes:1. We have written the program for microcontroller and software of controlling, realized the serial interface communication between computer and power supply circuit system in the true sense;2. Completed the construction of power supply circuit and testing work, won the good performance for the power supply system;3. Completed the design, setup and experimental work for the polarization generator system, and realized the target of any polarization input have any polarization output.
