Methods of object-oriented software development have been the mainstream development approach in enterprise-class application development, and relational database systems, has become the mainstream data storage systems in enterprise applications software development. In order to associate the object model and the relational data model, ORM middleware technology as a communication with the object model and the relational data model, reduces the coupling between software development, business logic and data access storage, and improves software development productivity developer and enable developers to focus on business logic rather than memory access.This paper relying on ADO.NET Entity Framework,LINQ technology and domain-driven design,has achieved the data of business logic and access the storage phase of the software development separating,by using LINQ technology to achieve data query service, and has applied to the China Ocean sample information management system, while optimizing the efficiency of the system and LINQ query optimization applications.Carrying out a lot of analysis of basic research, this paper makes the traditional three-tier software development further subdivided, combined with China Ocean sample management information system actual management processes, thinking on the ORM research, analysing the technological advantages of the ADO.NET Entity Framework and LINQ technology and applies to project development, while improving the efficiency of the system, making the system data services more efficient. Meanwhile, the LINQ query efficiency and traditional data query efficiency were analyzed and compared, putting forward optimize applications presented data based on LINQ query service.This paper presents an optimized data query service and design, has been applied to the China Ocean sample management information system. The current system is stable, good data query efficiency.This paper provides a viable option for the design and optimization of application data service system.
