Education is the power and the foundation for a nation to survive and develop. The children's physical and mental health concerns not only the families'happiness but the nation's future. In the era that education is paid more and more attention, early education shows its special charms and is supported by the society. In the meanwhile, the mass media that always catches the pulses of the times also raised the strength, depth and width of transmission about early education. Media programs focused on little children spring out at this time, and influence children's growth and development with its unique charms. The national condition and culture decide that our children media programs should not only spread the information good for the children but help them to create a healthy personality and inclination.This paper is based on the research and analysis of "Baby one family" (an early education program of CCTV) to reveal the transmission of early education concept from quality early infantile TV programmes.Based on the analysis of the early education concept, the transmission nature of early education and the scientific understanding of early education, the paper defines the early education concept of "Baby one family" as spreading the knowledge of how to raise a baby and family education, that is taking the children's own personality as a starting point, and the parents as the leading role of education, to strengthen the education of children's social behavior. This paper will analyze the demand of audiences, the content of the programme, the characteristics of the host and the selection of guests; the paper discusses the role and the function of parents in early education and the program ("Baby one family"), which makes parents-the audience, as the disseminator of early education knowledge, and this is also the feature of the program. At last but not the most, with the research on related literature, the author in chapter4 comes to a conclusion that this children program has some good points, e.g. focusing on children, it makes a good communication and interaction with the audience; but there are also some imperfections, such as the excessive urban-orientation. The paper extracts the "media refraction" theory, and reveals the scientific and modern transmission concept adopted by some children education TV programs representing by CCTV "Baby Family", that is making the parents as the intermediary role to spread the knowledge of early education.Through popularization and transmission of the scientific knowledge of early education to the parents, "Baby one family" produced by CCTV makes parents as the leading role in early education, refracting the transmission effect to the children indirectly. This transmission characteristic has become a classic model in the transmission of early education.
