The Construction And The Management For Mobile Communication Network

It is the period of rapid development of Chinese mobile communications industry and communications market competition now, and the quantity of communication network's engineer is increasing with it. To build communication network fast and quality is an important condition for winning market opportunities. The project management of mobile communication networks'construction is the import factor to protect the network construction to complete efficiently and high quality.The project management of mobile network base station construction is an importer part of the mobile communication construction project management. It not only has the general nature of project management communications network but also has the characteristics of project management. Using project management theory into mobile communication network base station construction is helpful to grasp and control of all aspects of construction projects and the deployment of resources, it is an important method to improve the quality of project management.Under the base of a lot of reference materials and the author's many years of experience in construction and management, the paper expounded the meaning of project management and its main content, analyzed the mobile communication network base station and the main components of the content; on this basis, the paper in-deathly analyzed the mobile communication network characteristics of construction projects; and the author divided mobile communication network construction project's management work into five parts, they are mobile communication network planning and management, base station network's construction and management, GSM wireless equipment relocation management, GSM network optimization process management and the management of TD-SCDMA network's construction, and deeply discussed the five aspects . At the same time ,the author applied the thesis of management theory to Anshan company's work to test the theory , and the result is good.Finally, the study give out the four suggestions of the implement of mobile communication base stations'construction.
