Into the twenty-first century, the state will regard building information technology and building the information technological state as a major future-oriented strategy. While the enterprises as the main body of implementing this major strategy, their level of information technology as well as the success rate becomes the most critical issues. Meanwhile, in the era of knowledge economy, whether for high-tech or traditional manufacturing enterprises, competitiveness increasingly depend on the degree of enterprise information technology. Because other countries are actively carrying out information technology, if we left behind we will be marginalized and even squeezed out of world trends. Enterprise information technology does not depend on strong capital, and not just rely on good equipment. The most important thing is the soft power of business. In the role of information technology, human can be said are the most critical.This paper focuses on the staff acceptability during the implementation of ERP. After many years'development, the ERP software has become more refined and its technology has been very mature, so the research on technology has been not the focus. The introduction of ERP is not only a tool to import, but also a change in management thinking. It can be regarded as organizational innovation or organizational change process in essence,. As a tool, the user acceptance behavior of the tool determines the effectiveness of tools. As a revolution, the most important factor to influence the success is the users. So ERP model of human behavior becomes potential in the ERP implementation in the role of personnel has become quite critical. The main content of this paper is that the factors that affect employee behavior and how the employee acceptability of ERP can be influenced by these factors.This paper firstly analyzes several factors which can affect the acceptability of the investigative staff, such as learning ability, age, education, etc. These are all important factors affecting their behavior. According to the actual survey, the paper wants to determine the relationship between these factors and the success of ERP implementation. Findings are listed as follows:1, the proposed people's learning ability determines human behavior, and then determines staff acceptability of ERP.2, the age of employee has a negative impact on the staff acceptability of EPR. 3, the years of business has a negative impact on the staff acceptability of EPR. The deeper the corporate culture, the lower the staff acceptability of EPR.
