A Comparing Study Of The News Talent Training Mode In Communication Of CHENGChI University And Journalism School Of FUDAN University

Journalism is a sublime profession. With the expanding of academic researches on humane studies in depth and breadth, as well as the broadcasting science and technology changing with each passing day, the electronic media fills into every corner, people's growing needs of diversified information and the quantity of the mass media personnel demanded in professions and fields increases. Therefore, it is especially urgent to cultivate excellent news talents.The same root and source of the mainland and Taiwan are influenced differently in politics, history, culture and economics, each of which has its own characteristics in explorations of the News talents training model. Hence, the Journalism School of FUDAN University and the Communication of CHENGChI University those two representatives are chosen as the research objects. Through comparisons on the aim of News talents training, teacher resources, and the practice platform, this paper holds that both of the two obtain some successes in training News talents and have some problems as well.Comparing the differences and common threads of the mainland and Taiwan on News talents training mode, this paper proposes the way to solve the problems exist in the process of News talent training. It benefits much for the academic communication between the mainland and Taiwan and promoting the journalistic education across the Taiwan Straits.
