With the rapid development of communication in our country, communication network is used by more and more people and company with the life and work; moreover, higer service qualities are required for Communication Company. We have bought a plenty and all kinds of new equitment to our lab. With increasement of intelligence, it leads to great incomvenience due to complicate environment. If some warning information of intelligent equipment could not be found in time, it will influence normal work; furthermore, it will lead to safety problem which will bring imporderable economic losing. The existing being modification has not adapted to the development requirement. How to improve the management and maintain will be a necessary problem to solve.Today's technology, such as automatic control, communication, computer and network, makes the remote inspect become realism. Through research on some lab and its runtime environment, we analyse and prove the data consistency among collection, transportation, realtime, security. We have developed an impetus and environment inspectal software system, which uses C# language and SQL Server database. This system may implement some functions, such as inspecting the parameter of voltage and electric current of the Lab and keep insight of temperature, dumidity, waterlogging, smoke. When the warning information has sent out, the workers may manager and maintain the equipment and environment via some way of remote detection, remote control, communication and debug.This system adapts the development requirement of our country. It not only decrese the work intersity and improve the efficiency and equality, but also provide some decision supportment for improvement of network by analyzing the runtime data. I believe this system will provide a better maintain and management to communication Lab.
