In recent years, with the lakes and reservoirs around the region to increase the amount of pollution, and then the eutrophication of serious cause all sorts of aquatic plants abnormalities of the breed and grow. Taihu Lake, Chaohu Lake and other places have large-scale algae outbreak occurred. Eutrophication process and nitrogen and phosphorus content are closely related, so total nitrogen (TN) and total phosphorus (TP) are always the important indexes in water monitoring. The traditional total nitrogen phosphorus detection method based on artificial analysis is given priority to, time-consuming and high cost, so develop a new water nitrogen and phosphorus automatic detection system is particularly important. In order to achieve water quality of nitrogen and phosphorus automatic detection, separately from oxidation digestion, detecting methods and data analysis discussed. The main research is descripted as follows.1. In order to solve the problem of water nitrogen and phosphorus automatic test system for the oxidation of various digestion, advanced oxidation method is studied in this paper, we find the use of ozone (O3), ultraviolet (UV), ultrasound (US), high voltage static discharge and other advanced oxidation technologies effectively synergy can be various forms of nitrogen and phosphorus in water containing nitrogen compounds, and oxidation of organic matter digestion into the highest valence form, that is, nitrate and phosphate.2. Respectively of UV-visible spectrophotometry and ion chromatography and selective electrode etc water quality inspection and analysis method of nitrogen and phosphorus is investigated. The UV-visible spectrophotometry is improved, the results showed that total nitrogen by the absorption spectra of linear polynomial fitting, the determination of total nitrogen concentration can be increased to the range 0-15mg / L. The improved UV-visible spectrophotometry for the detection of nitrogen and phosphorus water quality analysis, verified by experiments that this method nitrate and phosphate measured speed and accuracy.3. A system of oxidative digestion device is developed by cooperating with some kinds of high-level oxidized technologies, such as ozone, UV, ultrasonic and high-voltage static discharge. Combined with spectrophotometry, the contents of total nitrogen and total phosphorus can be online continuous detection. This system without adding chemical oxidant, green environmental protection, measuring speed, easy to use, and determination result has high accuracy and precision.
