As human society development and progress of science and technology,traffic problems become the important issues of common concern to the governments around the world which increasingly affect people's daily life and the social and economic development.Public transport travel information demand on the diversity, individuality is growing,so the demand for travel services to the public based on intelligent traffic guidance systems have become a hot research.Developing of the dynamic traffic guidance system can tell travelers and managers about the dynamic traffic information,traffic news,the travel plans and guidance plan to drive lines,which can effectively alleviate the pressure on road congestion and improve transportation efficiency.Based on in-depth understanding of service-oriented architecture (SOA), this paper has considered of the various traffic information needs comprehensly to do the research on SOA-based intelligent traffic guidance systems. First, this paper analyzes the theoretical system associated with the SOA, and proves a system for intelligent traffic guidance SOA architecture. It has the SOA reference architecture as a starting point and uses Web Service technology to come true which has the characteristics with SOA's loose coupling and services with transparency and so on. Second, this paper analyzes the characteristics and the functions needs of this system, and makes the system's functions clear.At the same time, it makes the modular design to system, and describes how to design the services of system in detail, and focus on the traffic data analyze and databases design. On the implementation of the system, the paper makes the main functions of the system on display, and does the system test. In the fourth chapter, it compares several classic shortest path algorithm, and combines with the actual characteristics of the transport network to select the improvement of the classic A* algorithm to achieve the solvetion of the real traffic.The purpose of this study is consistent with real-time traffic information to provide dynamic route guidance. It integrates of service-oriented architecture to research on the Intelligent Traffic Guidance System based on SOA. Not only it solves the problem of existing traffic islands of information, but also achieves real-time traffic route guidance function and improves the road network line capacity. So variety of transportation means to travel to convergence and coordination of efficient operation, and ultimately the level of service and economic benefits of the double upgrade.
