Design And Realiation Of China Post Sasvings Bank's Credit Risk Management System

With the establishment of Postal Savings Bank of China, credit is becoming a very important asset. Credit will bring Postal Savings Bank of China profits and risks. Postal Savings Bank of China needs to establish a credit risk management system to control its risk as soon as possible. The credit risk MIS is a new type of enterprise system in Postal Savings Bank of China.Based on the reality of Postal Savings Bank of China and combined with a number of J2EE technology and enterprise development platform, the paper designs and researches credit risk management system of the postal savings bank. The design of system is mainly from three aspects as follows:customers, loan guarantees and credit risk assessment and management. The system is simple to operate, easy to expanse. As an essential content, it provides a unified management platform by collecting credit business information of all departments, an organic risk evaluation system including reviewing credit of customer, classifying loan and evaluating collateral's status, and so on.Using a large centralized distribution system in the network model, the credit risk management system in the paper has effectively enhanced the efficiency of credit information collection, data survey, and statistical analysis. The system realizes the credit management of the whole process and standardizes the credit operations. In function it realized the data collection, investigation, ratings approval and risk control and supervision. And also, its performance has been successfully tested in basic indicators to meet the data collection and information sharing. But the system is still imperfect and needs to be improved.
