However, the continuous expansion of the scale of colleges and universities, as well as the rapid development of Independent Colleges Private Colleges & Universities poses a great challenge in terms of students quantity and quality. How to survive in the existing situation a many all rivals? Decision-making played a decisive role. Base on the existing information resources, decisions must be made in terms of enrollment publications, plan making, major designing and student resources. Here through data warehousing and data mining technologies decision support system to enrollment management will help decision-makers in addressing the recruitment effectiveness, the quality of students, major settings, etc. to make correct decisions.This system uses Visual studio 2008 and SQL Server 2000 as a development platform and database, using the enrollment process of a private institution in xi'an as an example. On the basis of the existing data, the decision support system must be built so as to settle the financial problems and students enrollment problems. This paper describes the data storage and analysis model of the design and building process, data cleaning and integration process. And in accordance with software engineering development process details of admission decision support system are specified.
