Abstract/Summary:
SOPC is a flexible and efficient solution for embedded system design developed onthe basis of the programmable logic device. The main purpose of this paper is toestablish SOPC hardware system based on FPGA platform, completed the migration ofembedded system PetaLinux, achieved PetaLinux related configuration and debugging.The Embedded operating system PetaLinux is realized in the Xilinx's Spartan-6FPGA.In the implementation of this system,the method of hardware design and flow ofsoftware design are discussed.The structure and design process of SOPC areilluminated.The design method of peripheral IP core and applied software flow areexplained.Also in the process of both hardware and software system design, detailedexplanation is given for a variety of problems of experiment in this paper.The detailedmethod of petaLinux transplantation is given.And in the configuration anddebugging,the paper describes how to use the integrated scripting tools ofPetaLinux source package.Comparing to traditional embedded system, the SOPC of this thesis has greatlyeconomized research time. The system has strong adaptability and good extensibility.
