Research And Design Of Ordering System

With the vigorous development of restaurant industry, catering business management has become very complex. So the restaurant business by the computer system management has become the development trend of the industry. Ordering System which includes ordering and eatery management is an important way to accelerate the quality and efficiency of catering services. The time and efficiency of the present Ordering System can't be fit for industry's need.This paper designs and implements an embedded Ordering System with high performance. The architecture of system is analyzed through use case view. The system includes two parts, hardware part and software part. The hardware part uses the Intel PXA270 as its development platform and its include ordering terminal. The software can be divided into eatery Management subsystem and ordering subsystem. This makes the embedded ordering system not only has the function of ordering, but also has staff management customer management, catering management functions supporting. Finally, the system is deployed practically. Experimental results show that the system can reach the feasibility and effectiveness of the design requirements.
