Design And Implementation Of Approval System For Shandong Quality Supervision Production License

E-government online approval is the product of integration of modern government management and information technology. While the worldwide challenges of international competition and knowledge-based economy, governments around the world regard the development of e-government as a priority strategy. Developed countries regarded establishment of an information society as as an important work, and realized the online approval and information resource sharing through the information technologies.This paper firstly presents the basic knowledge of e-government and online approval systems, analyzes the situation in domestic and foreign research and development trends, and discusses the importance and necessity of research and development of online approval system in China. Then based on the requirements of bureau of quality supervision, we make requirements analysis through object-oriented approach, and make the system functional requirements and non functional requirements clearly. Then we introduce the key technologies of the system, and describe the overall design of system and detailed design of various functional modules. Finally, we implement the system based on the system design, and gives shots and the key code. The planning and design of this system is reasonable and systematical. The online approval is the core of e-government, so the system is practical. The system is scalable for further requirements. And the system achieves the combination of economy, security, unity and maturity in terms of system design, technology system and product selection.The system combines the financial transaction processing, process queries and the result notice, reflects the government affairs, increases the transparency of administrative approval, reduces the difficulty of public work, improves the efficiency of government and public service quality, and helps building an efficient and clean government.
