| As the rapid development of the communications and computer technology, each company in the telecommunications industry faces intense competition. For telecom operators, on one hand they insist on product innovation to seize the market; on the other hand they continue to reduce the operational management cost through the enterprise informatization construction. Thus, it is particularly important to research the material management system of the telecom enterprise.According to the background of the Construction Project Management Information System(CPMIS) integration related to material management system, including the complex business process, numerous modules and interfaces with other systems, the business modeling plays the key role in the system analysis and integration process. This paper aimed to solve this problem through the method of the software engineering and system simulation. Firstly, establishing the material management system model based on Supply Chain Reference Model (SCOR).The three-layer SCOR model described the whole framework of business in detail and the critical business processes.Secondly, building the Unified Modeling Language(UML) model. According to the three-layer SCOR model, the paper analyzed the key participants in the system and its scope in order to give the UML use case diagrams (static) model; then according to the division of the functional modules, it also analyzed the business process in this system and established the UML active diagram (dynamic) model.Finally, mapping the Petri Net(PN) model. By using the method of the UML active diagrams mapping to PN, the PN models can simulate the relevant business process dynamically. Meanwhile, the problems occurred in the simulation process was revised and UML activity diagram was updated constantly to obtain a reasonable and accurate business processes. |
