Research On The Transformation And Application Of The Individual Out-trans-carried Tacit Knowledge

The research on the transformation and application of the individual tacit knowledge has an important theoretical and realistic meaning. This paper proposes a new and indirect transformation method of individual tacit knowledge based on data analysis and knowledge separation and also researches on the application of the transformed knowledge. Firstly, combinded with the former research, a hierarchical structure model of knowledge carriers in enterprises is proposed. Based on it, the process of knowledge convergence and trans-carrier occurred with knowledge activities is analyzed in different carriers, and thus the concept of individual out-trans-carried tacit knowledge defined in the paper is extracted. Then taking the knowledge convergence process of human-computer interaction in the information system for example, we illuminate the individual out-trans-carried tacit knowledge embedded in the database in the information system. Based on the thought of that this kind of knowledge can be externalized by methods of data analysis and knowledge separation, the transformation method and implementation steps are proposed. Finally, with the example of the human-computer interaction in the production planning system in the order-driven manufacturing enterprise, the paper elaborates the process of knowledge transformation and application of the individual out-trans-carried tacit knowledge in detail.
