In the past decades, communication network deeply transformed people's way of life. A series of changes (such as, from text to multimedia file transmission, from the C/S service model to the P2P sharing model, from web1.0 to web2.0), not only convert behavior in awareness of the world, but also pose a severe challenge to initial construction of the network model. For the differences between network structure and practical application, this thesis analyzes IPv6 routing protocol, and specially focus on the IPv6 extension header. Meanwhile, it researches two models of data transmission structure, the DONA (Data-Oriented Networking Architecture) and CCN (Content-Centric Network) theories. And on the basis of IPv6 and the two networking theories, the thesis proposes two sets of IPv6 routing solutions, including designing of packet format, routing table format, creating and maintaining of routing table and packet transmission mechanism. In the further analysis, for the merged network the article proposed a converged network solution among various kinds of routers. In addition, the thesis implements two novel modules based on NS-2, and then build multi-files transmission scenario to analysis their performance. After that, the traditional IP technology RIP provides contrast to the new ones. The aspects contain the routing table size, transmission rate, delay and delay jitter. The results of simulation analysis verify the novel networks are reliability improved the performance by function of the distributed transmission.
