The Influenza A (H1N1) outbroken in Mexico in April,2009 is a critical issue in news meida reports since last year. This article has taken influenza A (H1N1) event as major researhing carrier and discussed the media health communication of emergent events of public health through two different perspectives of nation and person,by the analysis in "People Daliy"of influenza A (H1N1)'s news report from its start to peak(from April,2009 to July,2009) and civilians'quesquestionnaire survey on influenza A (H1N1) event.From the research, it is found that if it is focused in different perspectives, the contents and emphasises will be different. Therefore, by comparison and analysis on focused contents and emphasises in two different perspectives, the article has found the need conflict between media report on emergent events of public health and the ordinary people,and analyzed the reasons, based on which, the article has given the improving methods and strategies on the media health communication in emergent events of public health:First, improve the "accuracy" of news media communication content's; Second, set "agent" with definitely and scientifically; Third, enhance the weight of professional knowledge; Fourth, develop different function on different phase. It is hoped that the researching result on this article will give a lot help to the medias in future,especially the major medias, on the news communication of emergent events of public health,such as influenza A (H1N1) event.
