During their size extension, secondary vocational and technical schools are meeting more and more conflicts between school size and management of school. These conflicts will seriously affect the quality of school education. Therefore, here I choose the teaching management in Guangdong Province Electronic Technology School as my research object. By studying the influence factors of the communication in teaching management, several proposals to enhance communication are propounded.Based on the theory of communication in organizational management and the theory of teaching management, interviews were carried out with teaching staffs and teaching management staffs in Guangdong Province Electronic Technology School. Questionnaires were designed in accordance with the link of management communication. Then a survey was carried out about the school teaching management communication, and the descriptive statistical analysis and factor analysis were made on the questionnaire data. Empirical research was also made on the influencing factors of teaching communication in Guangdong Province Electronic Technology School. The exploratory factor analysis revealed that there are seven leading factors influencing the communication of the school teaching management, which include leader, media, teacher, uplink channel, subjective obstacles, communication attitude and communication awareness. Finally, based on the thesis conclusion, the paper offers several proposals. Firstly, for effective communication, training should be given to teaching management staffs and teaching staffs of the school. Secondly, leading cadres should take teaching management communication seriously and give full play to the downlink channels of communication. Thirdly, uplink channels of communication should be open and views from the lower level should be valued. Fourthly, modern information technology should be used and emotional communication is also important. Fifthly, subjective communication barriers should be eliminated. Sixthly, democratic management should be promoted and rules for teaching management communication should be built.
