| For the roads which are Barren hills and remote places off the beaten track,is still no good video surveillance system until now, which affects the healthy running of our national highway, endangering people's lives and property,using wireless communication technology in video surveillance system is a hot topic at home and abroad. The regional road mountain areas, especially roads, bridges, slope characteristics , such as their monitoring and identification has been a major problem around the world and wireless video surveillance with its real-time,efficient and convenient to become the main aid in United States, Japan, the European Community for road monitoring, In China, because of the limited of the level of the early stages of development and planning, haven't considering the mountain area highways, bridges and slope construction monitoring , identification and early warning systems, along with the rapid development of information technology, mobile data network provides a reliable and convenient technical support and material basis for surveillance video data transmission, which will help further reduce the incidence of road disasters and play a good warning effect.This paper discusses the following five parts, four parts are for the image processing of roads, bridges cracks,slope and culvert tunnel , through a variety of pre-disaster and post-processing, feature extraction and analysis, provide early warning with data support. The fifth part is the disaster early warning tests focus on the above four condition , detected by analyzing the occurrence of disasters, timely given the alarm signal.Respectively, for each case, study the general characteristics of the images, designed identification methods and analysis for the images, alarm information is given in all major disasters, and achieved some results, which also expand and enrich the results of previous studies. |
