The LCD display instrument of the electric vehicle is the most important interface and platform for the driver of the vehicle to provide the necessary operating parameters. It can provide the vehicle drivers the necessary operating parameters,fault,mileage and alarm instructions and other informations. So that it is an essential part of every electric vehicle, and plays an improtant role for the security and economic driving. With the electric vehicle LCD display instrument based on CAN BUS, customizable interface, custom mode of operation, you can check the various subsystems of electric vehicles the working state of the important data whenever you want. The study used the priority-based of the right mode of competition to ensure the system's real-time and reliability, it played an important role of the development of instrument panel of the electric vehicle. Therefore, the researching of this subject has a certain academic value and broad application prospects.With the theoretical research and experimental ways, the study used an embedded microcontroller development board named QY9263K, and designed an electric vehicle data acquisition and LCD display system. The data acquisition and display system and every date nodes in electric vehicle are all in this modular structure, and every components in this structure are connected with CAN BUS network. With the method of the CAN BUS network and the priority-based model, the system can real-time collect, analyse, process all the date and information from the electric vehicle.Firstly, after plenty of researches of the literature about the CAN-BUS network and automotive instrument display home and abroad, the study customized SAE J1939 application layer protocol of CAN BUS based on the system's functions, structure, communications, etc. And customized the overall program of software and hardware about the electric vehicle instrument display system.Secondly, The study used an embedded microcontroller system, and customized a data acquisition system based on CAN BUS, and designed a peripheral hardware interface circuit, including the power supply circuit, the signal acquisition circuit and instrumentation show circuit. With development environment of EVC++ language, the system designed the functional modules of software, and conduct in-depth study about the data acquisition and processing model.Finally, we installed the LCD display system on the electric vehicle,and conduct a comprehensive test about every node parameters of CAN BUS network when the vehicle was running.And Improved the hardware and software in the system, to improve system security, reliability and stability with the anti-jamming measures.
