Heavy Vehicle Can Bus Control System Applied Research

Constructing control network in heavy duty vehicle based on CAN bus has been extensively developed in European and American automobile manufacturers,whereas there is no self-design CAN bus network product in our country .The destination of this paper is to design heavy duty vehicle CAN bus control system adapted to the situation of our country ,in the end,carry out self-design CAN bus network products.Author has cooperated with Jinan Xintianyu Automobile Electronic Co.,Ltd for two years to develop HOWO series intelligent control system for China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Co.,Ltd.(CNHTC).At present,the item has made progress systematically by phases,brought forward the overall design of heavy duty vehicle CAN bus control system based on SAE J1939 protocol,furthermore we have carried out several typical nodes.The product composed of automobile dashboard and body control nodes has been furnished to partial heavy motor vehicles of CNHTC,and achieved prospective result.This dissertation is the summary of item of HOWO series intelligent control system by phases.This dissertation firstly investigates heavy duty vehicle electronic control system's network developing trend,then brings forward several optional overall projects of heavy duty vehicle CAN bus control system based on SAE J1939 protocol. Appropriate communication protocol models,network management policy,and main messages of typical network nodes are analyzed in detail.Then two typical nodes' design of hardwre and software is introduced in this dissertation,which emphasizes on the achievement of communication in nodes,and the solution to solve EMC in the system is also given.In the end,the communication experiment of CAN bus control system based on SAE J1939 protocol and prospective result is given,which verifies the scientificalness of network projects recommended in this paper.As difference to other dissertations,CAN bus control system is specially designed for heavy duty vehicle in this dissertation,which adopts SAE J1939 protocol as application protocol,and several typical nodes are carried out.As the following...
