Campus network construction in major colleges have become key projects for schools to establish automated office can better improve office efficiency and improve work quality, improve the office environment and conditions.This involved the automation of office systems, is based on the school digitization and information technology office needs to J2 EE as the system is based on platform,using JSP and Struts, Hibernate technology framework combines and uses SQL Server2005 database management system, this office is the school system’s core functions of organizational resources management, paperless office, in order to achieve the work more efficient, quality ‐oriented purposes.This is the current digital campus construction requirements, combined with high‐tech information technology, design and develop a set of appropriate school office automation management system, involving specific work are: First, the background and significance of the system as well as domestic and foreign development status of a detailed analysis and elaboration; Second, analysis of the system involved in the development of the key technologies; three schools through detailed research, analysis of the system ’s functional requirements, business requirements and their feasibility analysis; Fourth detailed design of the system,including functional design, database design, etc.; five from the persistence layer,control layer and page level concrete realization of the system are described; six is achieved after the completion of the system for a full range of system testing.College campus office automation system is a school office will combine business and management, based on the latest MVC model to achieve based on B / S structure of the information service system, incorporates advanced application of modern information technology and automation coordination office philosophy, but implementation in system development process, more than the local area collegecampuses conducted field research, the full analysis, taken spiral software engineering development model, chose to present mature development technology framework(SH framework, Struts + Hibernate frame), to build a mature and stable platform for information exchange, and was actually applied to school work environment, was confirmed improved office environment, improve work efficiency.
